The thought of ever letting anyone help me was not even a question in my mind 3 years ago. I dismissed the idea and the suggestion for years. How could anyone help me with all the tasks I needed done and they could never do it like I can. I always thought it would be easier and faster if i just handled everything on my own.

So, I know what you are thinking ... "I have everything under control. I dont need help."

Lets fast forward to June 2021...

Was the summer after the world shut down. In Texas it was 108 degrees, steady at salon but not as busy as we like so I had time to spead in my office getting all the things done - yet these tasks were not all getting completed even after sitting at computer working away for 12 hours. I didn't get it. I couldnt figure out why in the world I wasn't getting these tasks done. I needed help but not enough that I needed a VA, I thought.


Fast forward to November 2021...

Still drawning in tasks and still not able to keep my head above water with all the things that needed to be done, I FINALLY said "ok! I need help!" I went on the hunt, yet I had no idea what I needed, I just needed help. Scatter-brained with all the tasks, I couldnt even zone-in on one area i needed help with because I desperatley needed help in all areas. So, my hunt for help took so much longer then it should have.


Fast Forward to May of 2022 ...

I found my Ela! Or maybe she found me! I can not remember exactly how it happened, but I knew she was the one! She didnt have the "expertise" of the thousands of softwares I had but she did have knowledge of most. I loved her ansers to questions when interviewed. While other talked about "my previous job this and I did this for my employer", Ela's answer's were different - her focus was on MY BUSINESS, not other companies. Her focus was learning more about my business and what I wanted. I loved her instantly. The soft spoken, less qualified young lady on the screen.
